Graduate Tax Accountant +1Yr Experience
A position is vacant for a Graduate Tax Accountant who has 1 year of experience in our suburban accounting firm located on Ipswich Rd in Annerley, Queensland.
The job includes:
Preparing tax returns for; Individuals, Sole traders, Partnerships, Trusts, Companies and Self-Managed Superfunds.
Preparing Special Purpose Financial Statements for various entities.
Interviewing clients.
The successful applicant will have:
About 1-2 years’ experience preparing Australian tax returns.
About 6 months experience preparing Special Purpose Financial Statements.
The hours required are 9 - 5 Monday to Friday with the possibility of flexible hours.
It is preferred but not essential that the applicant can demonstrate completion of a recognised accounting bachelor’s degree in Australia.
It is also preferred that the applicant have experience with Handi-Ledger accounting software.
This position is a great way for a young accountant to broaden their level of experience with financial statement preparation, Tax concepts and exposure to Self-managed Superfund compliance.

The Pay would be around 40k plus Super.
